Who we are

Xyngenta is a membership advertising platform operated by Xyngenta LLC. Members earn credits for viewing ads, buy advertising with those credits, and can earn cash through the compensation plan’s five streams: Fast Start, Ad Referral, Matrix, Matrix Match, and Bonus Pools. Membership tiers are Free, Silver Partner, and Gold Partner.

In this policy, “we” means Xyngenta LLC. If you have questions about privacy, contact us at support@xyngenta.com.

Access to Xyngenta

Registration is open to the public. This policy describes the information the platform collects and how it is used when a person visits the website, creates or uses an account, purchases a service, submits a lead, or contacts us.

What we collect

Account information. Your username, email address, sponsor username if provided, and password. Passwords are stored only as a one-way hash—we never store or see your plain-text password.

Your home state (optional). You may add your home state to your profile so local ads can reach you. Only your state is stored—never your street address, city, or ZIP code for this feature.

Activity and click logs. We record which ads were viewed, so viewers can be paid and advertisers billed correctly, and which member links were clicked. For click logs, we store a one-way hash of your IP address combined with your browser string—not your raw IP address. That lets us count unique clicks and spot fraud without keeping your IP address on file.

Content you create. Ads and campaigns you place, creative orders, capture and funnel pages you build, messages you exchange on the platform, and other content you submit. Member-to-member messaging works only between you and members you personally sponsor.

Capture leads. When a visitor submits a form on a member’s capture page, we collect the information requested by that form, which may include a name, email address, and optional phone number. The lead is delivered to the member who owns the capture page.

Transaction and compensation records. We keep a complete record of your credit ledger, subscription, cash payout balance, compensation entries, and related accounting records so every member is credited and paid correctly.

Payment records. When you pay by card or through another supported payment service, our payment processors create customer, payment, invoice, and subscription identifiers and send us transaction and subscription status information. Those identifiers and statuses are stored with your account so the platform can activate, renew, cancel, and support your service.

Support communications. If you contact us, we keep the content of your message, our responses, and information needed to resolve the issue.

Tax information. Xyngenta does not collect Social Security numbers or Employer Identification Numbers during ordinary registration. If tax reporting or another legal obligation ever requires that information, we will request it separately and use it only for the purpose for which it was requested.

Cookies

We use an essential session cookie named XYNSESSID to keep you signed in and operate secure account functions. We also use a language-preference cookie and referral and visitor-attribution cookies. Attribution cookies help credit the referring member, connect a visitor to a capture or referral source, count unique ad views, and prevent duplicate or fraudulent activity.

We do not sell cookie data or use the platform’s cookies to share personal information with third parties for their own targeted advertising. You can control cookies through your browser, but disabling the essential session cookie will prevent sign-in and other account functions from working.

How we use your information

· To operate and secure the platform, including accounts, sign-ins, and fraud and abuse prevention
· To serve ads, including showing state-targeted local ads first to members in that state
· To pay viewers and bill advertisers correctly from ad-view records
· To run compensation-plan accounting across the five earnings streams
· To deliver capture-page leads and member messages to the intended accounts
· To activate, renew, support, and cancel subscriptions and other purchases
· To communicate with you through the on-site Inbox and by email about your account and services
· To respond to support requests and protect the platform and its members

Email delivery is provided through Amazon SES. Transactional and service messages—such as password resets, billing notices, security messages, and important account updates—are sent when needed to operate your account. You may opt out of non-essential marketing or update email about the services; opting out does not stop transactional mail.

What we never do

We never sell your personal information. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.

When we share information

We share information only where it is needed to run the service, fulfill a request you make through the platform, or comply with law:

· Payment processors. Stripe and PayPal process payments and subscriptions. They receive the payment details and related transaction information directly through their checkout or account systems. Xyngenta never receives or stores your full card number.
· Email delivery. Amazon SES receives the recipient email address and message content needed to deliver email from the platform.
· Hosting and technical providers. Our hosting provider stores and transmits platform data so the website and member services can operate. Other technical providers receive only the information needed to perform their work.
· Members and sponsors. Member usernames, tier or rank where shown by the platform, and sponsor/downline structure are visible in the back office so members can understand their organizations and use platform features. Capture-page leads are shared with the member who owns the page on which the lead was submitted.
· Legal requirements. We may disclose information if the law requires it or where needed to protect the platform and its members from fraud, abuse, or security threats.

Your choices

· Your state: set it, change it, or clear it at any time from your Dashboard.
· Marketing email: opt out of non-essential marketing or update email by using an unsubscribe method supplied in the message or by contacting support. Transactional account, billing, security, and service messages will still be sent.
· Account deletion: email us at support@xyngenta.com to request deletion of your account. Some records—including credit-ledger, subscription, payment, and payout history—may be retained after deletion where needed for accounting, fraud-prevention, and legal obligations.

Security

Passwords are stored hashed, sign-ins are throttled to slow down guessing attacks, payment details are handled by Stripe or PayPal rather than stored as full card numbers by Xyngenta, and we take reasonable steps to protect member information. No system is perfectly secure, but protecting your data is part of running the platform responsibly.

Adults only

Xyngenta is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the platform grows. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top and post the new version on this page.
